The demo is the real workbook.
Six worked jobs already in it, so it runs before you type anything. Every formula visible. The complete Method sheet, which writes out the arithmetic in plain English. The sheets are locked so you cannot type into it — that is the only difference that matters.
No email, no form, no sequence. The button downloads it now.
Open the Portfolio sheet first, then Action Centre. Ten minutes.
The six jobs are a fictional worked example: every client, name and figure in them is invented. Portfolio is the one screen: profit you bid against profit you are forecasting, the gap in money, cash locked up, and a sentence naming the job doing the most damage. In the six jobs that ship with it, one is 206,965 behind its bid and another is 158,732 ahead, covering for it — so the portfolio total reads as a 3.5% miss and looks survivable. It is not.
Then Action Centre, which ranks all six by risk and writes the week’s instruction against each one. After that, Method — every formula in words, its sources named, and the four things this workbook cannot do.
Want to hear when it changes?
Leave an email and I will write when the workbook changes — a corrected formula, a new regional reference value, a revised Method sheet. A handful of emails, and you can stop them in one click. The file above is yours either way — this does not gate anything.
On a phone right now?
Excel files do not open properly on a phone, and this one is eleven sheets wide. Download it anyway and it will be waiting on this device, or open this page again from a desktop — the download never needs an email.
Tell me what is wrong with it
This model has been rebuilt twice off criticism and it improved both times. If the arithmetic is wrong, if the vocabulary is wrong for your market, or if it asks for a number you do not have — say so.
