The three products give you the system. Pro is meant to keep it moving — a new operating template every month and the Prompt Vault kept current, for about $19 a month.

It is not open, and you cannot pay for it today. That is deliberate: a monthly charge should not start before the monthly work exists. Below is exactly what is planned and exactly what has to be true before the first card is charged. Join the list and you will hear on the day it opens — with the founding price, which will be lower than the published one.

What it is meant to include

  • One new operating template a month
    A working spreadsheet or one-page system built the same way as the Finance OS — a quarterly forecast, a rota costing sheet, a supplier comparison, a quote builder. Yours to keep whether or not you stay.
  • The Prompt Vault kept current
    Ten new prompts a month and the existing 200 revised as the models change, delivered as an updated PDF and CSV.
  • A members' library
    Every template released since the membership opened, in one place, downloadable while your membership is active.
  • A monthly operating letter
    One decision worked through with numbers: what to do when a supplier raises prices, when to hire, how to price a rush job. Two pages.

What has to be true before it opens

  • The first three monthly templates are finished, so month one is not a promise.
  • Automatic delivery works, so a member gets files without waiting on a person.
  • A members' library exists behind a login, so 'downloadable any time' is a fact rather than an intention.
  • Cancelling takes one click from your own receipt, and the membership terms are written into the licence page.

None of the four is finished yet, so there is nothing to buy and no waiting list fee.

In the meantime
