Gumroad, the merchant of record, charges your card in USD wherever you are; where your country charges VAT or sales tax on digital products, Gumroad adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay. OwnerKit is operated from Ghana by Jamil Abduljalil, but the charge itself comes from Gumroad, so there is no Ghanaian-cedi conversion; if your card is not in US dollars, your bank converts it and may add its usual fee. Each purchase is a single-business licence, which covers your own staff, your accountant and your quantity surveyor opening the files. For a second business, buy a second copy.
